Role :

Responsible for the management of all aspects and staff in the recreational area of Northants Cricket. Also responsible for the delivery of Northants Recreational Cricket's objectives and targets agreed with the ECB.

Background : 

Derek joined Northants Recreational Cricket in May 2009 after 25 years in Financial Services. He has been involved in various volunteer roles at Burton Latimer Town Cricket Club including those of Head Coach, Chance To Shine Manager and Volunteer coercer. He has been involved in Kettering & Corby District Cricket since it was founded in 1999. Derek is currently nearing the end of his Level 3 Head Coach Award.
